Starting Oct 1, all driving schools now have to start collecting sales tax on our courses. Per the Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill (ESSB) 5814 passed by the Washington State Legislature, any "Live Presentation" is now a taxable services which means our classes and certainly affects many other businesses across the state.
